Day 1: Agra - Patna Bird Park - Agra Arrive Agra at 0600 hr. Transfer to the hotel. Morning drive to Patna Bird Park for birding (1½ hr.). One can see large concentration of rosy pelicans, waders, ducks, cranes etc. Return to Agra at 1530 hr. Afternoon visit to Taj Mahal (Friday closed). Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2: Agra - National Chambal Sanctuary Drive to National Chambal Sanctuary at 0500 hr. Morning & afternoon boat cruise on river Chambal to see the Indian Skimmer, black-bellied tern, bar-headed goose and other waterfowl. The area is also known for Gangetic dolphin, 5 species of turtles, marsh and fish-eating crocodiles etc. Return to Agra for overnight stay.
Day 3: Agra - Fatehpur Sikri - Bharatpur Drive to Bharatpur in the morning stopping enroute for a visit to Fatehpur Sikri. Arrive Bharatpur by afternoon. Rest of the day birding with a guide in the wetlands of Keoladeo Ghana National Park. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 4: Bharatpur Morning boating in the wetlands to see the heronry and rest of the day birding with a guide. Overnight stay at the hotel. Day 5: Bharatpur - Ranthambore National Park Drive to Ranthambore National Park in the morning (6 hr). This is one of the finest tiger reserves in northern India. Afternoon visit in the park for tiger tracking. Overnight stay in a wildlife resort.
Day 6: Ranthambore National Park - Delhi Morning and afternoon drives in jeeps/open trucks for birding and tiger tracking. Board a connecting overnight train to Delhi.
Day 7: Delhi - Onward Destination Arrive at Delhi and board a flight way back home or for an onward destination.
