Both children and elders participate in this stage show with great elation and fervor. The part of the Vanar Senas (the monkey forces) under the leadership of Hanumana allures and satiates children to the fullest.
The drama is so very liked that the audience sing jingles and slogans praising Lord Rama. The climax comes with the setting of fire on the gargantuan effigies of the ten headed Ravana accompanied by his brother Kumbhakarna and his son Meghnath.
