The Chandrabhaga Fair in Rajasthan invites thousands of visitors and participants. A lot of pilgrims assemble on the banks of river Chandrabhaga in Jhalawar on the blessed occasion of the full moon night in the month of October and November. The local populace considers the river sacrosanct.

In the Chandrabhaga Fair, people converge by the holy river and take a dip into the river and offer prayers owing to the popular belief that their souls will be purified. Chandrabhaga Fair includes a large number of livestock like cows, horses, buffaloes, camels and bullocks brought from far off places like Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh for trade. Traders consider it a good opportunity for business purposes.

By Road: Jhalawar is well connected by road to Kota, Bundi and Jaipur. National Highway No. 12 passes through Jhalawar. Buses are available from all major cities.
